We offer warranty and remote after sales services to all our customers. The duration of warranty depends on the product. It can vary from 1year to 5 years of warranty. For any warranty services, please contact us and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible

Life Guarantee

Our Lithium Iron Phosphate prismatic cells have a very long life time guarantee. It can last up to 6000 cycles of charge and discharge. If one cycle is completed each day, the expected life is 15 years or more. This is a huge advantage over Lithium Ion cells with only 1000cycles and Lead acid batteries of up to 500 cycles. Furthermore, LiFePO4 cylindrical cells have only 2000 cycles life, hence our prismatic cells offer longest life.

Battery and cell warranty terms

The Warranty will not cover the following conditions:

1. Usage of the cells without a good quality Battery Management System (BMS).
2. Damages due to usage of the cell outside the manufacturer specifications as given in the user manual
3. Ripping out the cell terminal threads due to over torque on the M6 studs.
4. Physical damages on the cells.
5. Usage and installation of cells/Battery pack for vehicle engine starter.
